Before you start
Is my data really private?
Yes — completely. Peachy is local-first: your library, subscriptions and history live on your device, and nothing is transmitted to us. We never sell or share your data, never show ads, and never use it to train anything. You're the customer, not the product.
Peachy Podcasts is free — what's the catch?
There isn't one. It's our first app, and launching it free is how we'd like to introduce ourselves. There's no trial timer, no locked features, and no account. We do plan to charge for it later — and if you download it during launch, you keep it free permanently, updates included.
What will things cost later?
We haven't settled on pricing for Peachy Podcasts after launch, or for Peachy Tasks and Peachy Budget. When we decide, we'll say so plainly here rather than quietly changing things. No subscriptions-by-surprise, no ad-supported tier.
When are Tasks and Budget coming?
Both are actively in the works, and neither is on the Mac App Store yet. We'd rather ship them when they're genuinely good than put a date on it we'd have to walk back.
Do I need to install anything?
You install the Mac app once, and then it runs offline with no account needed. That's the whole setup.
